Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how SpaVPN handles information when providing account management, subscription services, and website access. Anonymity and a no-logs policy are central to our privacy practices, but essential data is still needed to manage accounts, calculate usage, and reconcile payments. The sections below describe how this data is used and the limits on its handling.

Account and Order Data

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not required to sign up. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they will be used only to handle that request. Account credentials are used for authentication and access management. Do not submit your password in a support ticket.

Subscription management involves processing your selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and related timestamps. This information is used to activate the service, reconcile payments, process refunds, and resolve order disputes. Usage and reset status are used to calculate your plan balance, not to create browsing histories. Troubleshooting details and screenshots you submit are used only to address the issue. Please conceal unrelated information before submitting them.

Anonymous, No-Logs Policy

SpaVPN does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content or lists of destinations, or retain connection histories that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Information needed to establish connections and transfer data is processed temporarily during the current session and is not kept as long-term connection logs.

Plan usage totals and account status are service records, handled separately from logs of browsing activity. When reporting an issue, please provide the error message, client platform, and selected route where possible. Avoid uploading files containing complete access records. A no-logs policy does not mean that account, order, or voluntarily submitted support ticket data is never retained.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and how visitors use entry points, so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to interactions with this website. They do not extend to other websites accessed through network acceleration connections and are not used to build profiles of users’ browsing activity.

Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain essential sessions and save login credentials and interface preferences, such as language. Clearing site data may sign you out or reset preferences; restricting cookies or local storage may also affect login functionality. When using a shared device, sign out and clear its site data when you are finished.

Payments and Required Disclosures

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider or transaction network, each of which handles and retains information under its own policies. SpaVPN uses necessary information, such as order identifiers and payment results, to reconcile transactions. We do not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

USDT transactions may leave records that can be viewed on public transaction networks. Deleting account data from this site does not remove those external records. Information is disclosed only as necessary to complete payments, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. See the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for payment and refund rules.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as the account remains active and as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for reconciliation, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Support ticket materials are deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are complete. There is no single fixed retention period; actual retention is limited to the data’s purpose and applicable obligations.

After logging in, users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through the support ticket portal. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Deletion may affect login, subscription recovery, and access to past orders. Transaction materials that must be retained will be restricted to their relevant purpose and handled once the retention reason no longer applies. Clearing browser data is not the same as submitting an account deletion request.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When this policy is updated, the revised text will be published on this page and the update month shown at the top will be changed. Important changes to data use or user rights will be explained through site announcements or account notifications. If a new use requires consent under applicable law, we will explain it before that processing begins.

If you have questions about data handling, retention reasons, or the outcome of a deletion request, submit a privacy request through an account support ticket and specify the data category involved. Please provide only the information needed for verification and handling. Keep your account credentials and subscription links secure, and do not include them in public discussions or shared screenshots.
